Customer Interaction: Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to international customers.
Issue Resolution: Understand customer queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate solutions promptly.
Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
Quality & Compliance: Meet daily/weekly performance metrics and adhere to international quality standards.
Relationship Building: Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.

Eligibility Criteria
Education:



Graduate in any stream (Undergraduates with relevant BPO experience are also welcome).
Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in an International BPO/Voice Process. (Freshers with excellent English communication skills can apply).
Skills:
Flawless verbal and written communication skills in English.
Active listening skills and a neutral accent.
Basic computer proficiency and typing speed (30+ WPM).
Flexibility: Comfortable working in rotational shifts (including night shifts) to support global time zones.
