Job Summary

Responsibilities:
Process and manage policy servicing tasks with accuracy and efficiency ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Utilize MS Office tools to create update and maintain policy-related documentation and reports.

Collaborate with internal teams to address policy-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Provide exceptional support to clients by addressing their policy servicing needs and ensuring their satisfaction.

Analyze policy data to identify trends and prospects for process improvement.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance policies and procedures to ensure accurate servicing.

Ensure all policy servicing activities are completed within designated timelines to meet client expectations.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and clarify policy-related information.

Monitor and track policy servicing metrics to ensure adherence to performance standards.





Support the team in implementing recent processes or tools to enhance policy servicing efficiency.

Participate in training sessions to continuously improve technical and domain knowledge.

Contribute to the overall success of the team by sharing insights and best practices for policy servicing.

Uphold the companys commitment to delivering high-quality services that positively impact clients and society. Qualifications

Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office tools including Excel Word and PowerPoint to perform policy servicing tasks effectively.

Possess solid analytical skills to interpret policy data and identify areas for improvement.

Exhibit excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams professionally.

Show familiarity with Property & Casualty Insurance domain concepts as a nice-to-have skill to enhance understanding of policy servicing processes.
