The Position Associate Director / Director – Solution Architecture to join our Qualified Services team. This is a director-level, hybrid leadership and hands-on architecture role: you will lead and develop a team of solution architects while personally providing AI-first architecture leadership on our most complex and strategic customer engagements. We are looking for an architect of architects with strong software engineering and programming depth, deep B2B integration expertise, and the ability to design and build applications end to end. What You Will Be Doing AI, FDE & Modern Architecture • Apply Generative AI, RAG, and Agentic AI patterns to enterprise and supply-chain use cases where they create meaningful business value. • Help develop an FDE (Forward Deployed Engineering)-driven solution delivery model, working closely with customers to rapidly translate business problems into production-grade solutions. • Understand tool calling, MCP, and how AI agents securely integrate with APIs, data,



and enterprise systems; apply sound judgment when choosing between deterministic software and AI-driven approaches. Architecture Leadership & People Management • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of solution architects, including senior technical leaders; own coaching, career development, and performance. • Set architecture direction and review complex designs, ensuring quality, consistency, scalability, and adherence to best practices. • Establish reusable architecture patterns and delivery standards, and partner with Professional Services, Product, and Engineering leadership on strategic priorities. • Act as the senior escalation point for complex technical, architecture, performance, and customer issues. Solution Architecture & Delivery: • Work with customers to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable integration and application architectures. • Design end-to-end solutions across APIs, services, messaging, event-driven systems, data, security,
