What Youll Be Doing (position summary):
This Role required a diligent and detail-oriented Change Coordinator to support the change management process within our technology organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating change tickets, coordinating approvals, and representing changes at Technology Advisory Boards (TAB) and Change Advisory Boards (CAB).

How Youll Succeed (responsibilities):
- Create and manage change tickets in accordance with established change management procedures.
- Coordinate and track the approval process for technology tasks and changes, ensuring all necessary documentation and stakeholder signoffs are obtained.
- Represent proposed changes at Technology Advisory Boards (TAB) and Change Advisory Boards (CAB), providing clear and concise summaries of change requests.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders,



and governance boards to ensure effective communication and understanding of change impacts.
- Maintain accurate records of change requests, approvals, and outcomes in the change management system.
- Monitor and report on the status of change tickets, escalating issues and risks as needed.
- Support post-implementation reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of the change management process.
- Adhere to all Enterprise Change Management processes, including 24hr change ticket closure window.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:
- Work closely with Project Managers and Enterprise Change Management
