Senior Platform Engineer DevOps

Key Responsibilities:
CI/CD Pipeline Management
- Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, or equivalent
- Enable rapid, reliable, and repeatable deployments across multiple environments
- Drive adoption of modern deployment strategies (e.g., blue/green, canary releases)

Cloud Infrastructure & Platform Engineering:
- Architect and manage scalable cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS)
- Implement infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools
- Ensure high availability,



fault tolerance and cost optimization
- Contribute to platform engineering initiatives for reusable infrastructure components

Automation & Developer Productivity:
- Identify and eliminate manual processes through automation
- Build tools and frameworks to improve developer efficiency and self-service capabilities
- Promote DevOps and GitOps practices across engineering teams

Monitoring, Observability & Reliability Engineering:
- Design and implement observability solutions (Datadog, Splunk, Prometheus, CloudWatch, etc.)
- Define and manage SLAs, SLOs and SLIs to ensure system reliability
- Establish alerting, dashboards and proactive monitoring practices
- Drive continuous improvements in system performance and uptime

Production Support & Incident Management:
- Lead troubleshooting of complex production issues
- Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews
