Job Overview

LIDAR Labs is hiring dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Operators to support AI training and evaluation projects for international clients.

This role requires accuracy, consistency, and the ability to follow written instructions carefully.

Key Responsibilities
Enter and verify data accurately into company systems
Review and categorize content as per guidelines
Perform text-based evaluation and basic quality checks
Upload daily reports and screenshots as required
Maintain data confidentiality at all times
Complete assigned tasks within deadlines

Working Hours
Minimum 8 hours per day
Monthly target: 208 hours
Flexible working hours
Strongly recommended to complete maximum hours Monday to Friday
Task availability may be limited on weekends

Compensation
₹100 per approved hour




Monthly earning potential: ₹20,800 (based on 208 hours)
Performance Bonus: ₹3,000 - ₹5,000 based on accuracy and consistency
Payment cycle: Monthly (25th-28th after approval process)

Laptop/Desktop (mandatory)
Reliable high-speed internet
Basic computer skills
Positive understanding of written English
Ability to follow detailed instructions
Self-discipline and time management skills

Important Information
This is an Independent Contractor position (not a permanent employment role).
Payment is based strictly on approved hours.
Confidentiality agreement (NDA) is mandatory.
Work must be performed personally (no third-party sharing).
