Job Title: P.T. + CED Line Supervisor

Job Summary:
The P.T. (Pretreatment) and CED (Cathodic Electro Deposition) Line Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the pretreatment and CED coating lines. The role ensures smooth functioning, consistent quality output, equipment reliability, and adherence to safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the complete P.T. + CED line operations to ensure continuous and productive production.
Monitor and maintain process parameters such as temperature, pH, chemical concentration, voltage, and cycle times.
Ensure proper functioning and upkeep of all equipment, including tanks, pumps, conveyors, rectifiers, and filtration systems.
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.




Troubleshoot process or equipment issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
Maintain coating quality standards by ensuring proper surface treatment and deposition processes.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and production teams for smooth workflow.
Ensure proper chemical handling, storage, and replenishment as per standard procedures.
Maintain records of production, process parameters, maintenance logs, and quality checks.

Pay: ₹14,600.88 - ₹33,251.93 per month
