Job Summary:
The Wholesale Merchandiser (Women’s Ethnic Wear) will be responsible for managing B2B buyers, planning ethnic collections (suits, sarees, lehengas, kurtis, etc.), executing bulk orders, and coordinating with production and vendors. The role ensures timely delivery, trend-based assortment, and solid dealer relationships to grow wholesale business.

Key Responsibilities:
Buyer Handling & Order Management
Manage wholesale buyers, retailers, and distributors
Take bulk orders for ethnic wear categories (Kurti sets, Sarees, Lehengas, Dress materials, etc.)
Share catalogs, price lists, and product details with buyers
Negotiate pricing, margins, and delivery timelines
Ensure timely order confirmation and dispatch
Product Planning (Ethnic Wear Focus)
Plan seasonal collections (Festive, Wedding, Summer, Winter)
Work closely with design team for latest trends (prints, embroidery, fabrics)
Ensure proper assortment of sizes, colors, and styles
Analyze fast-selling and slow-moving designs
Inventory & Stock Control
Monitor stock levels of ethnic categories




Maintain availability of rapid-moving designs
Avoid overstocking and dead stock
Track inventory through Excel / ERP
Vendor & Production Coordination
Coordinate with karigars, vendors, and manufacturers
Follow up on production timelines for bulk orders
Ensure quality standards (fabric, stitching, finishing)
Manage sampling and approvals before bulk production
Sales Growth & Market Expansion
Achieve wholesale sales targets
Identify current dealers, markets, and B2B clients
Support exhibitions, trade fairs, and showroom sales
Maintain strong relationships with repeat buyers
Documentation & MIS
Maintain order sheets, dispatch details, and invoices
Prepare daily / weekly sales and stock reports
Track buyer feedback and returns

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
