Job responsibilities
Provide technical support for financial reporting systems and vendor tools to ensure accurate, effective report generation.
Prepare financial statements and management/regulatory reports in accordance with GAAP and applicable requirements.
Partner with finance and accounting teams to troubleshoot and resolve financial reporting technical issues.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, variances, root causes, and process improvement prospects.
Maintain and update documentation for reporting procedures, controls, and technical specifications.
Support implementation, enhancement,



and upgrades of financial reporting systems and related tooling.
Deliver training and ongoing user support on financial reporting tools, processes, and best practices.
Monitor adherence to internal controls, policies, and procedures impacting financial reporting.
Assist with audit readiness and provide support to internal/external auditors, including evidence gathering.
Execute routine fund servicing transactions accurately, collaborating with operations to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Promote robust client and stakeholder outcomes through active listening, continuous improvement (innovation/design thinking), and vigilant cybersecurity practices to protect systems and data.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related field and

5+ years of experience in financial reporting and/or technical support roles
