We are looking for a 2-3Yr experienced Performance Marketer who can drive both brand visibility and ROI-focused lead generation. End-to-end ownership of performance marketing across paid channels, ensuring maximum lead conversion through effective CRM utilization and ROI-driven growth.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Plan & manage paid campaigns (Meta, Google, Youtube & Programmatic platforms) for lead generation and brand awareness.




Create and manage monthly budget plans and quarterly growth strategies aligned with lead targets, sales goals, and ROI benchmarks.
Plan and allocate budgets effectively based on project ticket size to maximize revenue and campaign profitability.
Collaborate with sales team to improve lead quality & site visit conversions
Explore and implement recent lead generation opportunities such as AI chatbots Campaign, website pop-ups, automation tools, and emerging platforms.
Stay updated with platform algorithms, industry trends, and real estate benchmarks to continuously optimize campaign performance.
