Job Summary:
An EV Swapping Station Operator is responsible for managing the daily operations of an electric vehicle battery swapping station. The role ensures productive battery exchange services, maintains safety standards, and provides customer support to EV users.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor the EV battery swapping system
Assist customers with battery swapping procedures
Inspect batteries for damage, charge level, and performance
Maintain records of battery usage, inventory, and transactions
Ensure proper charging and storage of batteries
Follow safety guidelines and handle equipment responsibly
Keep the station clean, organized, and functional
Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and servicing

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Ability to operate android mobile.
Positive communication and customer service skills
Attention to detail and safety awareness
Problem-solving ability
Shift-based work (including evenings or weekends)
Minimum: High school education (10th Pass)
Training will be provided

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
