We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage financial operations related to forex transactions at Chennai International Airport. The role involves handling cash and foreign currency management, reconciliation, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting while ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
Cash & Foreign Currency Management
Ensure accurate handling of cash and foreign currency transactions.
Perform daily cash balancing and reporting without discrepancies.
Maintain strict control to avoid cash shortages or excess during daily closing.
Forex Transaction Accounting
Maintain accurate records of forex purchase and sale transactions.
Ensure proper verification of exchange rates and transaction details.
Record all transactions in the accounting system with zero posting errors.




Daily Reconciliation
Perform daily reconciliation of cash, forex stock, and bank transactions.
Identify and resolve discrepancies on the same day.
Ensure accurate reconciliation of bank and card transactions.
Regulatory Compliance
Ensure compliance with RBI, FEMA regulations, and company policies.
Verify and maintain KYC documentation for forex transactions.
Support audits and maintain full regulatory compliance.
Documentation & Record Maintenance
Maintain proper records of forex transactions, vouchers, and customer documents.
Ensure accurate documentation for audit purposes.
Manage timely filing and record keeping.
Reporting & MIS
Prepare and submit daily sales, cash, and forex stock reports.
Generate MIS reports for finance and management review.
Escalate any financial discrepancies immediately.
