In this role, you will actively interact with customers, understand their requirements, and guide them toward the most suitable solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Explain company plans, products, and services to customers in a professional and persuasive way
Generate and manage leads through calls, messages, and other channels
Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers
Follow up with prospects to convert them into successful sales
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Keep records of customer interactions and sales activities
