Responsibilities
Act as a strategic talent partner and SME, leveraging data and talent intelligence to influence leadership decisions.-




Strengthen relationships and lead branding at targeted universities, organizations, and conferences.Develop detailed recruiting plans and sourcing strategies for intern, co-op, and full time hires.Collaborate with key partners and early talent-hiring managers to drive recruiting strategies and results.Identify and remove organizational barriers by leading cross-functional workstreams, proactively identifying interdependencies, and providing risk-mitigation recommendations that drive long-term talent strategy.Proactively seek out and overcome roadblocks by influencing business leaders to make informed talent decisions and owning the outcome for the business unit
