Job Description - Warehouse Associate (Multi-Tasking Role)

Location: Korattur - Chennai
Department: Warehouse Operations - Grocery
Shift: Rotational Shifts / 9 hours duty
Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
Picking: Accurately pick items from shelves as per order list using FIFO/FEFO.
Packing: Neatly pack items ensuring product safety, hygiene, and correct labelling.
Inventory Audit: Count and verify stock, report mismatches or damages, and assist during cycle audits.
Loading/Unloading: Safely load and unload stock from delivery vehicles and move items within the warehouse.

Eligibility:
10th / 12th Pass
Prior warehouse or grocery experience preferred
Physically fit and willing to do multiple tasks
Basic understanding of inventory handling and mobile scanning devices is a plus

Skills Required:
Speed and accuracy in picking/packing




Basic reading and counting skills
Team player with discipline and punctuality
Ability to handle grocery items with care (especially perishable and fragile)

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
