Roles and Responsibility:
Develop and teach curriculum in speech, drama, theatre, and related performing arts disciplines, covering acting, voice, movement, improvisation, and dramatic literature.
Plan and deliver lessons that integrate both practical performance skills and theoretical concepts, emphasizing creativity, critical thinking, and team-oriented learning.
Work on the curriculum, lesson plans, and course materials, adapting content to suit diverse learners, improving multilingual abilities.
Maintain records of student attendance, participation, and achievement for reporting purposes, assessing student progress through assignments, projects, performances, and exams, and highlighting talents.
Direct, produce, or oversee student performances, plays, and recitals,



ensuring student engagement in all aspects of production from scriptwriting to stage presentation.
Guide students in team-oriented creative work, such as developing scripts, designing sets, and managing theatrical productions, integrating the use of contemporary technology
Participate in faculty team meetings as and when required.
Participate in public performances, school events, and outreach activities representing the academy.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
