Role: HR & Business Operations Intern (In office - Hyderabad)

Overview
This is a hands-on, multi-functional internship—not a traditional HR-only role. You’ll support recruitment, outreach, and marketing while working closely with management and gaining exposure to an international staffing and consulting business.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Support
Post jobs on Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Maintain trackers, hiring records, and databases
Support ongoing recruiter and HR activities
Outreach & Business Support
Track leads,



follow-ups, and reporting
Support ad hoc business development tasks
Marketing & Content Support
Assist with social media posting
Edit short videos using AI/tools
Support content creation for branding and outreach
Help with general marketing tasks

Who We’re Looking For
Serious about building a career (not just an internship)
Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities
Strong English communication (spoken & written)
Organized, proactive, and willing to learn

Requirements:
Freshers/recent graduates welcome
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
Comfortable with calling and follow-ups
Willing to work full-time in office in Hyderabad

Valuable to Have (Optional)
Exposure to HR, recruitment, or sales
Familiarity with Naukri/LinkedIn
Basic experience with Canva, CapCut, or AI tools
Interest in social media or content creation
