Position : TeleSales Executive (Office Work Only)

⁠ ⁠Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database using CRM tools.

⁠ ⁠Explain loan products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, etc.

⁠ ⁠Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable financial solutions

⁠ ⁠Generate and qualify leads for the sales team Leader

⁠ ⁠Follow up with customers to close sales

⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details in CRM

⁠ ⁠Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

⁠ ⁠Handle customer queries and objections effectively

⁠ ⁠Coordinate with field sales executives for closures

⁠ ⁠Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate

⁠ ⁠Basic knowledge of loan products is an added advantage

⁠ ⁠Ability to convince and negotiate with customers

Job Types: Full time, Fresher, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
