Role Overview

The role includes a 3-month probationary period designed to provide hands-on exposure to real enterprise environments. This position blends networking knowledge with technical configuration, offering a strong foundation for long-term growth in enterprise IT infrastructure and operations.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the implementation and configuration of Device42 ITAM solutions for clients
Support senior engineers during project execution, network discovery, and deployments
Understand client network settings and help translate requirements into system configurations
Perform setup, validation, and testing during implementation
Participate in product, domain, and process training sessions

Required Skills & Qualifications
CCNA certified or equivalent practical networking knowledge
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals — TCP/IP, VLANs, subnetting, routing & switching. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, ECE, or a related field
Basic familiarity with Windows and Linux server environments




Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Good verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to learn new tools, platforms, and enterprise processes

Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced, team-oriented workplace

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Basic knowledge of virtualization technologies — VMware, Hyper-V, or equivalent
Familiarity with ITSM tools or enterprise IT platforms
Internship or academic project experience in networking or IT infrastructure

Outcome & Growth

Interns who demonstrate consistent performance, learning agility, and cultural alignment during the probation period will be considered for confirmation as a Junior Implementation Engineer or other suitable technical role, based on skillset and business needs at Hectae Analytics.
