About the role

This role will be Responsible for Service Operations in the assigned territory

Role Responsibilities:
Responsible for Service Operations in the assigned territory
Responsible for Service Revenue & Collection as per set targets
Responsible for Technical Support & Training of Field Staff

Role Purpose:
Need to interact with dealers, customers & filed staff regularly to improve the service delivery in the assigned region
Responsible to achieve revenue through AMC customer retention, Do & Charge & SM business of existing customers




Responsible to achieve set TAT, NPS, Collection & Margin targets

Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC industry
Experience in VRF & LC is mandatory
Geographical & work exposure in ROTN will be added advantage
