Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end production merchandising for domestic orders.
Coordinate with buyers, sampling team, production units, and vendors.
Prepare and maintain Time & Action (TNA) plans for all orders.
Follow up on fabric, trims, sampling, and production timelines.
Ensure on-time order execution and shipment deadlines.
Monitor quality standards during production.
Manage costing, order sheets, and production updates.
Communicate regularly with buyers regarding order status and approvals.
Resolve production issues and ensure smooth workflow.
Hands-on on experience in making reports on gsm, shrinkage and others for book keeping.

Requirements:
Minimum 4 years experience as Production Merchandiser in a garment export or domestic house.
Solid knowledge of garment production processes.
Experience handling woven / ethnic / women’s and kids wear garments preferred.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines.
Proficiency in Excel and production documentation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
