Key Responsibilities:
Guest Service & Experience:
Greet guests warmly and ensure they are comfortably seated.
Take orders accurately and recommend dishes when required.
Ensure timely service and check guest satisfaction.
Handle guest complaints politely and resolve issues effectively.
Team Supervision:
Guide and supervise waiters/servers during service.
Allocate tables and duties to the team members.
Ensure grooming and behavior standards are maintained by staff.
Order Coordination:
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for smooth and timely service.
Check orders before serving to maintain food quality standards.
Ensure special instructions from guests are followed properly.
Table Management:
Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and ambiance.
Monitor table turnover and maximize seating efficiency.
Maintain hygiene and safety standards on the floor.




Billing & Cash Handling:
Present bills, process payments, and ensure accurate billing.
Maintain records of daily sales or handover to the cashier.
Training & Development:
Train current staff on service standards, menu knowledge, and SOPs.
Conduct briefings before service.
Inventory & Stock:
Check availability of cutlery, crockery, linen, and service equipment.
Report shortages or damage to management.
Communication:
Maintain smooth communication between guests, kitchen, and management.
Attend daily meetings and share updates.

Pay: Up to ₹16,000.00 per month
