Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive training programs for newly recruited team members to ensure smooth onboarding and role clarity.
Lead motivational sessions to enhance team morale, engagement, and productivity.
Host and deliver impactful webinars and seminars.:
Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into training strategies.

Required Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and inspire teams.




Ability to manage large group training sessions and adapt delivery to diverse audiences.
Proficient in webinar tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
Familiarity with educational products or e-learning platforms is a plus.
Robust planning, organizational, and analytical skills.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree
Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development

Compensation:Salary = 40 k

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
