Job Overview

Meluha Academy, Nizamabad, is looking for an Admissions Counsellor who can effectively manage the admissions process and guide prospective parents through the school’s offerings. The primary responsibility of this role is to handle admissions enquiries, counsel parents, and ensure a smooth conversion from enquiry to enrolment.

We are looking for someone who is confident, well-spoken, and capable of building trust with parents through transparent and positive communication.

Key Responsibilities
Admissions Counselling
Handle inbound and outbound admissions enquiries.
Explain the school’s curriculum, programs, and facilities clearly to parents.
Understand parent requirements and guide them accordingly.
Build solid relationships with prospective parents through regular follow-ups.
Admissions Process Management
Schedule campus visits, school tours, and counselling sessions.
Follow up with parents from enquiry stage to final admission confirmation.




Assist parents with admission documentation and formalities.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
Marketing & Lead Management Support
Work on leads generated through campaigns, events, and walk-ins.
Share feedback on parent concerns and common queries with the team.
Support admissions events and promotional activities when required.
Coordination & Support
Coordinate with Front Office for visitor management.
Liaise with Accounts for fee-related queries and follow-ups.
Ensure smooth communication between parents and internal teams.

Additional Responsibilities
Maintain proper reports of daily calls, follow-ups, and admissions status.
Ensure every parent interaction is qualified and positive.

Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Prior experience in admissions, counselling, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
