The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations in the liquor manufacturing plant, ensuring production targets, quality standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements are consistently met. This role supervises production staff and coordinates with quality control, maintenance, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth plant operations.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities in the liquor plant.
Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality standards.
Monitor distillation, blending, bottling, labeling, and packaging processes.
Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Ensure adherence to local alcohol manufacturing laws and company policies.




Conduct regular quality checks and coordinate with Quality Control team.
Train, coach, and evaluate production staff.
Maintain accurate production records and reports.
Manage inventory of raw materials (grains, yeast, flavorings, packaging materials).
Coordinate equipment maintenance with the engineering department.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
Investigate and resolve production issues or safety incidents.
Ensure proper sanitation and hygiene standards in the facility.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
