The Mechanical Fitter is responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting mechanical equipment used in the liquor manufacturing process. This includes distillation units, fermentation tanks, pumps, conveyors, bottling lines, and packaging machinery to ensure smooth and continuous plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
Install, assemble, and align mechanical equipment and machinery.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on:
Distillation columns
Fermentation tanks
Pumps and valves
Heat exchangers
Conveyors
Bottling and labeling machines
Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out repairs promptly.
Monitor equipment performance and report abnormalities.
Replace worn or defective components such as bearings,



seals, gaskets, and belts.
Ensure proper lubrication and calibration of machinery.
Work closely with production and electrical teams to minimize downtime.
Maintain maintenance logs and documentation.
Follow safety procedures and plant regulations.
Assist during equipment overhauls and shutdown maintenance.
Ensure compliance with GMP (Valuable Manufacturing Practices) and safety standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
