About the Role

Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Develop full-funnel media strategies aligned with client goals and KPIs
Manage and allocate ad budgets effectively to maximise ROI
Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies




Monitor campaign performance daily and optimise for conversions, CPA, and ROAS
Build and present performance reports using GA4, Google Looker Studio, and other reporting tools
Set up and manage conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel/CAPI
Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research
Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad assets
Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
Robust command of GA4, Google Looker Studio, and Google Tag Manager
Experience managing monthly ad budgets of $5,000+ across multiple client accounts
Solid understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and pixel implementation
