Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers, vendors, and contractors
Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies
Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates to determine the best supplier
Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices
Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
Coordinate with inventory, warehouse, and finance teams
Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
Assist in cost analysis and vendor performance evaluation
Resolve supply issues, discrepancies, or quality concerns

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or related field
6 Months -2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing (Freshers may apply)




Basic understanding of procurement processes and supply chain principles
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
