Job Title: Purchase Executive

Location: Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata

Salary: ₹13,000 - ₹18,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities and support back-office operations. The role involves vendor management, purchase documentation, coordination with internal teams, and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement:
Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors/suppliers
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules
Create and process purchase orders as per requirements
Maintain strong vendor relationships and database
Resolve issues related to delays, shortages, or quality
Prepare purchase reports and cost analysis
Maintain records of purchase orders, invoices, and challans
Coordinate with Accounts for bill verification and payments
Update purchase and stock data in ERP/Excel




Prepare MIS reports on procurement and inventory
Assist in audit documentation and compliance

Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in purchase/procurement
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
Basic understanding of inventory and documentation processes
Valuable organizational and multitasking skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
