Education Counselor (Admission Specialist)_

Objective: To be the face and voice of The Smart Test Prep, guiding students and parents through their journey from the first inquiry to final university admission.

Key Responsibilities:
Expert Lead Management: Handling walk-ins and digital leads with a high-conversion mindset.
Product Consultation: Explaining our unique 1-on-1 coaching, Hybrid SAT modules, and specialized AP programs to prospective customers.
Relationship Management: Serving as the primary point of contact for registered students and parents to ensure high satisfaction.
Result Advocacy: Proactively updating parents with student mock test results and score improvement analytics.
Academic Roadmapping: Helping students select the right test dates (SAT/ACT/AP) based on their diagnostic test performance.
Profile Building: Advising students on how our courses fit into their overall Ivy League or Top-20 university goals.

Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent command over English and Gujarati/Hindi.




Robust empathy and ability to handle "anxious" parent queries.
Familiarity with the Digital SAT format and international education trends.

Sales & Operations Coordinator_

Objective: To drive the growth of the institute by managing the sales funnel and ensuring seamless communication between the academic team and families.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Nurturing & Calling: Diligent follow-ups with leads generated from our FREE SAT Practice Tests and Digital Diagnostic tools.
Process Coordination: Managing the "Sales-to-Student" transition, ensuring all registered students have access to their online portals and materials.
Performance Tracking: Maintaining a database of student results and coordinating with faculty to send "Progress Reports" to parents every fortnight.
Marketing Support: Coordinating local outreach on Sindhu Bhawan Road and surrounding areas to increase walk-ins.
