About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Create and execute end-to-end, regression, smoke, UI, and API automation suites.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps to ensure seamless integration of automated tests in CI/CD pipelines.
Analyze automation results, identify defects, and ensure timely resolutions.
Continuously enhance automation coverage and optimize existing frameworks.
Participate actively in Agile/Scrum processes, including sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
Maintain detailed documentation for automation scripts, test results, and processes.
Ensure cross-browser and cross-device testing coverage for web and mobile platforms.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in Software QA, with a robust focus on automation testing.
Proven expertise with Cypress (JavaScript/TypeScript).
Mandatory experience with XCUI (XCUITest) for iOS automation.:
Strong experience in mobile automation testing (XCUI, Appium,



or similar tools).
Strong understanding of test automation frameworks (Mocha, Chai, Cucumber, or similar).
Hands-on experience with API testing (Cypress, Postman, Newman, or REST-assured).
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
Solid understanding of Agile methodology, SDLC, and STLC.
Experience with test data management and workplace configuration.
Robust analytical, debugging, and communication skills.

Nice to Have
Experience with Playwright or Selenium.
Experience with BDD frameworks and Gherkin syntax.
Exposure to cloud-based test platforms (BrowserStack, LambdaTest, Sauce Labs).
Familiarity with reporting tools like Allure Reports, Extent Reports, or similar.
Basic understanding of performance testing (JMeter, k6) or security testing.
