Job Title: Service Advisor - Electric Vehicles (Ather)

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Attend customers and understand their vehicle issues
Open job cards and record service details
Coordinate with technicians for service and repairs
Explain service details and charges to customers
Provide updates on vehicle status
Ensure smooth vehicle delivery
Handle customer queries and complaints

Requirements:
Diploma / Any Degree (Automobile/Mechanical preferred)
Basic EV knowledge is enough:
Valuable communication skills (Tamil required)
Customer-friendly attitude
Freshers are welcome

Salary & Advantages:
₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month:
