Senior Production Merchandiser (Garments) - Ragbee Jeans

Mahalaxmi Ind is not looking for a "staffer." We are looking for a Production Shark. If you’ve spent your career making excuses about why the factory is late, don't bother applying. But if you know how to squeeze results out of a job-work unit and get formal pants delivered on time, every time—we need to talk.

The Mission:
You will own the lifecycle of our corporate formal pants division. From the first thread to the final pack, you are the boss of the process.

Your "A to Z" Checklist:
PP Sample Approval: Manage the sampling process. If the fit isn't perfect, it doesn't move.
Fabric & Trim Sourcing: Negotiate and procure materials. No delays because a button is missing.
Factory "Programming": Issue design-wise work orders to our job-work partners.




The "Relentless" Follow-up: You’ll be at the factories daily. You are their favorite person when things go right and their worst nightmare when they’re late.
QC & Delivery: Final quality check and ensuring the shipment reaches the client. No excuses.

What You Bring:
Experience: 2+ years in Garment/Apparel Merchandising (Formal wear preferred).
Grit: A solid personality that can handle factory masters and owners.
Tech Skills: Qualified-level Excel and computer basics.
Location: Must be local to Ahmedabad (Khokhra/Maninagar area preferred).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
