Attend and manage walk-in clients at the project site.
Explain project details including layout plans, specifications, pricing, and amenities.
Conduct site visits and property tours for prospective buyers.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable options.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication to close sales.
Coordinate with the sales team and management for pricing, availability, and offers.
Maintain records of inquiries, site visits, and conversions.
Ensure proper presentation and upkeep of the site office and sample units.
Assist clients with booking formalities and documentation.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
