Roles and Responsibilities:

- Identify and research relevant crypto/Web3 companies, protocols, projects, and potential partners for assigned projects.
- Conduct cold outreach to founders, BD teams, partnership leads, and key decision-makers.
- Pitch partnership opportunities, product integrations, collaborations, and other growth initiatives.
- Manage partnership conversations from initial outreach through negotiation, execution, and closure.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with crypto companies, founders, influencers, KOLs, and ecosystem participants.
- Manage social media presence for selected crypto/Web3 projects, particularly Twitter/X.
- Plan and publish engaging content while maintaining a consistent brand voice and community presence.
- Identify relevant crypto/Web3 influencers and KOLs for marketing collaborations.
- Handle influencer outreach, negotiations, onboarding, campaign coordination, and performance tracking.
- Conduct customer and user outreach to increase product awareness, engagement, and adoption.
- Monitor crypto/Web3 trends, communities, and emerging partnership opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of partnerships and marketing campaigns.
- Help turn successful partnerships and collaborations into publicly announceable opportunities across Twitter/X and other platforms.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Prior experience in business development, partnerships, sales, growth, or community-focused roles.
- Familiarity with the crypto/Web3 ecosystem.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with cold outreach and communicating with founders, BD teams, and senior decision-makers.
- Experience managing social media accounts, particularly Twitter/X, for a brand, product, or project.
- Ability to independently take a project from initial outreach to partnership execution.
- Strong networking, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned projects.
- Existing network of contacts within crypto/Web3 companies, protocols, or communities.
- Existing relationships with crypto influencers, KOLs, or creators.
- Experience with Twitter/X growth strategies and crypto community management.
- Basic understanding of tokenomics, blockchain integrations, and technical product concepts.
- Previous experience working with crypto startups, protocols, exchanges, wallets, or Web3 infrastructure projects.

Salary: 25,000-40,000₹
