The Spare Parts Manager is responsible for managing the complete spare parts operations of the dealership, including inventory control, parts availability, team management, ordering, storage, billing, and customer satisfaction. The role ensures smooth availability of genuine Hyundai parts for workshop and retail customers while achieving departmental sales and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

Maintain optimum stock levels of genuine Hyundai spare parts.

Monitor quick moving, slow moving, and non-moving inventory.

Ensure proper inward and outward stock management.

Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification.

Minimize dead stock and shortages.

Parts Ordering & Supply

Place timely orders to Hyundai regional warehouse/company.

Track pending orders and emergency requirements.

Ensure availability of parts for workshop jobs and customer vehicles.

Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams.

Workshop Coordination

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
