Role Overview

As a Content Creator at Shapecrunch, you will create engaging visual and written content around foot health, footwear, insoles, customer stories, product advantages, and lifestyle use cases. You should be comfortable creating short-form videos, reels, product photos, educational posts, and simple scripts that make foot-health topics easy to understand.

Responsibilities

Create Instagram Reels, posts, stories, and short-form videos for Shapecrunch products.

Shoot and edit product videos, lifestyle content, customer testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content.

Develop content ideas around foot pain, flat feet, plantar fasciitis, arch support, posture, walking comfort, and daily footwear needs.

Write simple, explicit captions and hooks that educate and convert.

Create Amazon-style product content, including product benefit visuals, comparison posts, and feature highlights.

Work with the team to plan monthly content calendars.

Convert customer FAQs into educational content.

Stay updated with trends on Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms.





Coordinate with designers, photographers, doctors, physiotherapists, and the internal team when needed.

Help maintain a consistent premium, trustworthy, and science-backed brand voice.

Requirements:
Good understanding of Instagram Reels, short-form video formats, and social media trends.

Ability to shoot videos using a phone or camera.

Basic video editing skills using tools like CapCut, Canva, VN, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar.

Strong sense of visual composition, lighting, and storytelling.

Ability to write transparent, engaging captions and scripts.

Interest in health, wellness, footwear, fitness, or lifestyle products.

Comfortable creating both educational and sales-oriented content.

Self-driven, creative, and able to execute ideas quickly.

Good to Have

Experience creating content for D2C brands, healthcare brands, footwear brands, fitness brands, or Amazon products.
