We are looking for a driven and persuasive Telesales Executive to join company. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound leads generated through B2B platforms such as IndiaMART and TradeIndia — engaging with interested prospects, understanding their specific requirements, and guiding them through to a successful close. If you thrive in a quick-paced sales workplace and enjoy building meaningful relationships over the phone, this is the role for you.

As a Telesales Executive, you will initiate timely outbound calls to prospects who have expressed interest in our products, clearly communicate product features, advantages, and pricing, and work to match customer needs with the right solutions. You will be expected to follow up consistently with warm leads, manage the sales cycle end-to-end, negotiate terms confidently, and close deals in line with monthly targets. Maintaining accurate lead and activity records will also be a key part of your day-to-day responsibilities.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
