We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Supervisor to oversee and

manage construction projects, ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations,

interiors and supervising civil engineering projects, conducting feasibility studies, and

coordinating with clients and engineering teams to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as a project or site supervisor for land surveys and construction work.
Evaluate and recommend suitable building and construction materials.
Interpret, review, and approve survey and civil design work.
Conduct field services and inspections for civil engineering projects.
Ensure construction plans comply with building codes, safety regulations, and

specifications.
Establish and monitor construction work schedules.
Conduct feasibility studies, economic analyses, and environmental impact

assessments.
Monitor air, water, and soil quality and develop remediation procedures for

contaminated sites.
Perform technical analyses of survey and field data for topographic, soil, and

hydrological studies.




Prepare comprehensive reports based on technical data and findings.
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and engineering teams to determine project

requirements.
Plan and design major civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges, dams,

water and waste management systems, and structural steel fabrications.
Prepare contract documents, review, and evaluate tenders for construction projects.
Supervise and mentor technicians, technologists, and junior engineers.
Review and approve designs, calculations, and cost estimates.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
Proven experience in civil engineering design, construction, and project management.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Robust communication and collaboration abilities.
