Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Growth:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase revenue and grow the business.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and expand the company’s customer base.
Sales Team Leadership:
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve both individual and team sales targets.
Monitor and analyze sales performance data to provide insights and regular reports to senior management.
Administration & Operations Management:
Oversee daily support operations and ensure all administrative tasks are carried out efficiently.
Ensure the smooth flow of information within the company, supporting seamless business operations.
Organize and supervise various office activities (such as recycling, renovations, and event planning) to maintain a productive work environment.
Compliance & Policy Adherence:
Ensure that all operations comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders,



acting as a point of contact.
Staff Development & Performance Management:
Assess staff performance, provide coaching, and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (required).
Experience: 3 to 5 years in a sales and management role.
Skills:
Solid leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in sales analysis and reporting.
Analytical mindset with effective problem-solving skills.
