KPI 1: Ensure smooth and timely freight and logistics operations.

i. Maintain ≥ 95% on-time dispatch and delivery of shipments.

ii. Ensure zero shipment discrepancies in quantity, packaging, or documentation.

iii. Resolve shipping line or freight-related issues within 24 hours of occurrence.

KPI 2:Maintain complete accuracy and compliance in all documentation.

i. Submit CHA bills, BOE, and other compliance documents within defined timelines.

ii. Ensure 100% accuracy in documentation with no regulatory non-compliance.

iii. Keep Roadtap Licence ledger and other statutory records updated monthly.

KPI 3: Maintain all operational data and reports with accuracy and consistency.i.Update Service Sheet, Logistics Sheet, and Empty/Shortage Box Reports daily.ii. Achieve less than 2% error rate in all data entries.iii. Submit weekly and monthly reports to management without delay.





KPI 5: Lead the team effectively and manage operational costs efficiently.

i. Conduct weekly team meetings to track progress and resolve challenges.ii. Implement cost-saving measures to achieve at least 10% annual savings in logistics expenses.iii. Monitor timely payment marking and approvals to avoid penalties or delays.
