Key Responsibilities:
Develop creative themes and design concepts based on client needs and event objectives
Design event layouts including stage setup, seating arrangements, lighting, and décor
Select color palettes, materials, furniture, and decorative elements
Collaborate with planners, vendors, florists, and production teams
Create mood boards, sketches, or digital renderings to present ideas
Manage event setup and ensure design execution aligns with the vision
Oversee styling details during installation and event day
Stay within budget while maintaining design quality

Required Skills:
Robust creativity and visual design sense
Knowledge of design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, SketchUp)
Understanding of color theory, spatial design, and lighting
Project management and organizational skills
Communication and client-facing abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
