Responsibilities
Planning and scheduling daily digital printing production
Preparing and managing machine running programs for the entire day
Coordinating with design, colour, and production teams for smooth execution
Managing digital printing machine operations and production workflow
Ensuring maximum machine efficiency and minimum downtime
Monitoring print quality, colour accuracy, and fabric output
Coordinating fabric movement, printing priorities, and dispatch timelines
Handling production planning based on urgent orders and deadlines
Troubleshooting production and machine-related issues when required
Maintaining proper production records and reporting
Supervising machine operators and production staff
Ensuring proper maintenance coordination and smooth factory discipline
Requirements:
Prior experience working in digital têxtile printing factories
Positive understanding of digital printing machines and production workflow
Strong production planning and coordination skills
Good understanding of colour matching and print quality
Ability to manage teams and work under production timelines
Organised, responsible, and result-oriented mindset
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Experience
3+ years experience in digital têxtile printing production
Experience in saree, suit, or ethnic wear têxtile printing preferred
Salary
Salary negotiable based on experience and technical knowledge
