Role: Performance Marketing Intern
Location: Onsite( Noida Sec -3 )
Duration: 6 Months Internship

About the Role:
We are seeking a data-driven, enthusiastic Performance Marketing Intern to assist with planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in running ads, analyzing performance, and driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI (CTR, CPC, conversions)
Conduct keyword research and audience targeting
Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports
Support A/B testing for ad creatives, copies, and landing pages
Coordinate with the content and design teams for ad creatives
Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance

Requirements:
Basic understanding of digital marketing and paid advertising




Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or similar platforms (preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Positive communication skills
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
