Your key responsibilities
Managing the portfolio of sourced transaction processing of a particular country or a set of countries
Stakeholder management
Client satisfaction
Multiple internal clients, across distinct process groups and locations.
Growth in a controlled environment
Measurement and adherence to KPIs
Keeping errors and operational risks under control
Managing crisis without operational loss.
Driving Efficiency Gain related projects through various initiatives / changes
Deep dive in process and authorizing high value and complex transactions.
People Management - Recruitment, development, training and managing attrition
Your skills and experience
Possesses adequate understanding of Trade related rules and guidelines as commissioned by ICC (ICC/UCP/URC etc)
Good understanding of legal, credit and operational risks in handling of Trade product/services
Good communication skills (oral and written)
Flexible to work in late night shifts.
Strong background and sound knowledge in Trade finance Operations, managing team size of 25+ FTE or more
CDCS Certification is an added advantage
