Job Summary

We are looking for a Financial Counsellor to support patients in understanding and planning the financial aspects of their fertility journey. This role involves guiding patients through treatment costs, payment options, and financial planning with empathy and clarity, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience.

Key Responsibilities
Patient Financial Counselling
Explain treatment costs, packages, and pricing structures to patients
Guide patients on payment plans, financing options, and insurance (if applicable)




Support patients in making informed financial decisions aligned with their treatment plans
Coordination & Support
Work closely with the clinical and operations teams to align on treatment plans and costing
Act as a point of contact for patient queries related to billing and payments
Ensure transparent and empathetic communication with patients and families
Billing & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of patient financial discussions and transactions
Ensure all billing processes are followed as per company protocols
Support in invoice generation, payment tracking, and reconciliation
Process & Experience Improvement
Identify gaps in patient financial communication and suggest improvements
Help streamline financial counselling processes for better patient experience
