Job Summary
Handling the Tamil classes for Std 9 to 12 using effective methods to coach students to maximise their potential in scoring well in the public examinations.

Responsibilities and Duties
Coaching Grade 9, 10, 11 and 12 students for their board exams and preparing them to score their best
Preparing required notes for coaching the students for public exams
Conducting periodic assessments to evaluate the academic results
Conducting special classes outside of regular school hours if required
Setting up schedules, lesson plans, and selecting learning material and resources that will help achieve curriculum objectives.
Analyzing needs, interests, strengths, and weaknesses of students, and developing lesson plans in accordance with these factors.
Maintaining a weekly academic work log




Periodically assessing students for their progress in exam preparation and providing additional support accordingly
Monitoring progress and discipline, and keeping school principal and coordinators informed of learners who need extra support.
Attending meetings, staff training, conferences, and other ongoing learning programs.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
