Medical Care & Emergency Handling
Provide first aid and primary treatment to employees.
Handle medical emergencies and stabilize patients before referral.
Coordinate with nearby hospitals for responsible cases.
Maintain medical records of all employees.
Occupational Health Management
Conduct pre-employment and periodic medical examinations.
Monitor occupational hazards and recommend preventive measures.
Identify work-related illnesses and suggest corrective actions.
Ensure fitness of employees for specific roles.
Compliance & Legal Requirements
Ensure compliance with the Factories Act, 1948 and other health regulations.
Maintain statutory medical records and reports.
Liaise with government authorities during inspections.
Health Awareness & Training
Conduct health awareness programs (hygiene,



nutrition, disease prevention).
Train employees in first aid and emergency response.
Promote workplace wellness initiatives.
Workplace Safety Collaboration
Work closely with the EHS (Workplace, Health & Safety) team.
Participate in safety audits and risk assessments.
Advise on ergonomics and workplace safety improvements.
Infection Control & Hygiene
Monitor sanitation and hygiene practices in the factory.
Implement infection control measures.
Manage vaccination drives if required.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
