Relationship Management:
Foster positive relationships with franchise partners.
Act as a liaison for seamless communication and issue resolution.
Address franchisees' needs and concerns.
Brand Compliance:
Monitor and enforce brand standards for consistency.
Conduct training sessions to maintain a uniform brand image.
Implement updates and guidelines.
Logistics and Supply Chain:
Oversee timely logistics and supply chain processes.
Maintain accurate inventory records.
Documentation:
Uphold exact documentation of operational processes.
Ensure meticulous record-keeping.
Performance Management:
Set and achieve personal targets for supporting franchisees.
Collaborate on strategies for goal attainment.
Provide guidance for enhanced franchise performance.
