Position Title: Jewellery Merchandiser Location: Sitapura, Jaipur Experience

Required: Minimum 3 years in the jewellery industry

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities Merchandising: 1 ) Develop and implement merchandising strategies to meet business objectives. 2) Coordinate with design and production teams to develop recent jewellery collections aligned with market trends.

3) Manage product assortment, category planning, and inventory levels across sales channels.

4) Analyse sales data to track product performance and recommend stock rotations or phase-outs.

Costing & Pricing:
Prepare detailed cost sheets for recent and existing products, considering raw material, labour, and overhead costs.
Monitor fluctuations in raw material (e.g., gold, diamonds, and gemstones)



prices and update costing accordingly.
Assist in setting retail and wholesale pricing strategies based on cost analysis and market positioning.
Ensure compliance with target gross margins and pricing policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in jewellery merchandising and costing. Excellent analytical and numerical skills with strong attention to detail. Strong English communication and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
